Return Policy

48 HOUR TRIAL

HHA recognizes the value added of a trial period when purchasing instruments via the web.  Our trial period simply removes any concern on your part.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument.  When you receive your instrument, you have 48 hours to return it provided:

• You pay shipping both ways (insurance must be included) and a 5% restocking fee
• The instrument is received back in the same condition / carefully packed in the same container as it was received
• You notify us of your intent to return and receive a Return Authorization number
• Instrument is a “stock” unit (not custom ordered)
