Return Policy

48-HOUR TRIAL ON ONLINE ORDERS

Hearts’ Home Acoustics recognizes the value added of a trial period when purchasing instruments via the web.  Our trial period simply removes any concern on your part.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument.

Upon receiving your shipment, you’ll enjoy a 48-hour Trial Period. This allows you to evaluate the instrument in the comfort of your own home and ensure it suits your needs.

In case you decide to return the instrument during the 48-hour Trial period, the following conditions apply:

  • You must notify us of your intent to return in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns or shipments sent to our store without prior notification will be refused.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.
  • When returning an item, it must be shipped back to us using the same packaging materials, shipping service, and must include insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping.
  • A 5% restocking fee will apply. This fee is not intended as a profit for the store but covers the expenses incurred during the order processing.
  • The instrument must be received back in the same condition as it was shipped.

Please be aware of that:

  1. Custom-ordered items are not eligible for returns.
  2. If the item was purchased in-store, the 48-Hour Trial Period does not apply.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please do not refuse the package. Instead, contact us immediately after delivery so that we can initiate the claims process. You will not be held responsible for the damage, but there is a specific protocol to follow in such cases, and adhering to our instructions will expedite the resolution process.
