Peterson
P100
This is one Peterson's most recent builds. The pau rosa back and sides came from our own collection of tonewoods and ended up being a spectacular set, not only tonally, but aesthetically as well. This guitar may be small, but it has the volume and resonance of a guitar twice its size.

"I AM" ~ The Bread of Life
This is the fourth in a series of seven guitars by Bill Wise of Charis Acoustic. This guitar is the simplest of our "I AM" collection. This is Bill Wise's Grand Concert Model utilizing an acient piece of olivewood for the back and sides, coupled with a masterclass cedar top. This was our first olivewood guitar, but we suspected, based on the taptone, that this would make a guitar worthy of the "I AM" series -- and it did not disappoint. This guitar is balanced - incredibly so -- not warm, not bright, just extremely even with really pretty overtones and sustain. The beautiful "blades of wheat" inlay on the headstock and fretboard make this guitar, well, simply elegant.

"I AM" ~The Gate
We are continually amazed at the beauty of the "I AM" Guitars. The combination of a sinker redwood top, which was sawn from a virgin redwood log that was sunk in Washington around 1840, and the extremely rare and beautiful Bois D' Rose back and sides make this guitar aesthetically breathtaking. Bill Wise's intricate inlay and flawless craftsmanship contribute to this being nothing short of a work of art. The sound is lush, leaning towards the warm side of the spectrum, and it has great volume. This guitar is such a joy to look at, play, and hear-- It will satisfy the most discerning player.
Simpson
Brazilian SJ
This guitar is SPECIAL!!!! In our lives we will never see another Brazilian Rosewood set of this quality and that is this beautiful--its' on fire.!!! The wood here was salvaged out of a beam used as a roof support in a farmhouse in Brazil that was over 200 years old. We knew when we tapped this wood it was special--Jason said "it rang like no other wood I have ever tapped." The top originated from an original virgin redwood tree that sank in the Northwest in 1840--it is over 170 years old. These woods, coupled together and crafted by Jason Simpson make this guitar one for the ages--an investment grade instrument. The sound is simply wonderful--we are thrilled to offer this instrument. In my 40+years of building, buying and selling instruments--I have never seen any guitar quite this beautiful--and with a sound to match. If you are looking for a "once in a lifetime" guitar--look no further--word cannot do this one its due--and Jason has never labored so intensely to make this one so special. This guitar was the the most admired guitar at the Newport Guitar Festival.
